Course description
This course provides students with integrated knowledge and practical skills to design control systems for automated machines or devices. The core content includes researching real-world control systems, mathematical modeling, and developing control algorithms and diagrams. Students learn to integrate basic elements such as sensors, actuators, and controllers (PLC, Microcontroller), while using specialized software to simulate, analyze, and evaluate system performance before finalizing circuit diagrams and control software.

Học phần cung cấp cho sinh viên kiến thức và kỹ năng thực hành tổng hợp để thiết kế hệ thống điều khiển cho các máy hoặc thiết bị tự động. Nội dung trọng tâm bao gồm việc tìm hiểu các hệ thống điều khiển thực tế, mô hình hóa toán học, xây dựng thuật toán và sơ đồ điều khiển. Sinh viên học cách tích hợp các phần tử cơ bản như cảm biến, cơ cấu chấp hành và bộ điều khiển (PLC, Microcontroller), đồng thời sử dụng các phần mềm chuyên dụng để mô phỏng, phân tích và đánh giá hoạt động của hệ thống trước khi hoàn thiện bản vẽ mạch và phần mềm điều khiển.

Phân tích cấu trúc hệ thống và trình bày khái quát về các giải pháp điều khiển tự động cho máy/thiết bị thực tế.

Thiết kế sơ đồ, mô hình hóa và xây dựng thuật toán điều khiển tích hợp các phần tử cơ điện tử (cảm biến, actuator, controller).

Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm mô phỏng (Matlab, Proteus, Automation Studio, …) để kiểm chứng và đánh giá tính năng hệ thống.

Xây dựng bản vẽ kỹ thuật, lập trình phần mềm điều khiển và thể hiện kỹ năng thuyết trình, làm việc chuyên nghiệp.
