Course description
This course provides learners with a general introduction and understanding of the concept, significance, and implementation measures of Demand Side Management (DSM). It enables learners to evaluate and analyze electricity load consumption data, thereby assessing the potential of DSM measures in power system operation. After completing this course, learners will be able to: Understand the fundamental concepts of Demand Side Management (DSM) and analyze electricity consumption data of loads. Understand the objectives, strategies, and methods of DSM implementation, as well as the roles of stakeholders in DSM programs, particularly in the context of electricity markets. Understand how to analyze basic DSM programs and projects (such as energy efficiency and demand response) and calculate the economic effectiveness of DSM measures. Understand policies and regulations related to DSM programs, including the calculation of incentive and support tariffs for DSM programs.

Cung cấp cho người học các giới thiệu chung, hiểu biết về khái niệm, ý nghĩa và các biện pháp thực hiện quản lý phụ tải (DSM), có khả năng thực hiện đánh giá, phân tích các số liệu tiêu thụ của phụ tải điện, từ đó đánh giá tiềm năng của các biện pháp quản lý phụ tải trong vận hành hệ thống điện. Sau khi hoàn thành học phần này, người học có khả năng: Hiểu các khái niệm cơ bản về quản lý phụ tải (DSM) và phân tích các số liệu về tiêu thụ của phụ tải điện. Hiểu các mục tiêu, chiến lược và phương pháp thực hiện DSM, hiểu được vai trò của các bên tham gia các chương trình DSM, đặc biệt trong bối cảnh của thị trường điện, Hiểu biết cách phân tích một số chương trình và dự án DSM cơ bản (hiệu quả năng lượng, đáp ứng phụ tải) và tính toán đánh giá hiệu quả kinh tế của các biện pháp thực hiện quản lý phụ tải. Hiểu được các chính sách và quy định liên quan đến các chương chương trình DSM, cách tính giá hỗ trợ cho các chương trình DSM.
